About IFIX
The IFIX tracks the average performance of real estate investment funds (FIIs, Brazil's equivalent of REITs) listed on B3. It is the main benchmark for investors in funds that own malls, office buildings, logistics warehouses and real estate securities.
The index accounts for both changes in fund share prices and the income they distribute, so it reflects the total return of the segment.
